  Now that you know the exact sets and repetitions per muscle group, use the following methods to induce muscle growth with sure-fire, negative contractions.

                               -- What is a negative contraction? --

During the last two repetitions, on the second set -- for example:

Hammer Curls: 2 sets: 12 reps -- ULTRA HEAVY (Maximum effort)

> The last *set* on Hammer Curls is : 1X12

Now on the last set squeeze the bicep, with full concentration to achieve full contraction and lower the dumbbell very slowly. 

Small and win-win cutting-edge tricks to pump-up a muscle group, like chest par example:

Look at your program and refer to the Chest Day                    

Perform a very thorough warm-up with dumbbell flies.

          It is critical that you perform full contractions on each exercise. 

Try to isolate the muscle during the repetitions (reps) to ensure that the effort is 100% targeted.

Now don't try to change this program for any reason. Also, find a good partner, an equally strong preferably to give you help + a boost on the last repetitions (negative contractions).

These two last repetitions will give you extra growth. You can use momentum on the first few reps, but concentrate by slowing-down in speed and squeeze the muscle to stimulate its' inner tissue.
